1. Heat frozen sweet potatoes in the microwave or other preferred method until done, approximately 3 minutes. 2. While the sweet potatoes are heating, slice a banana and caramelize it in a pan with a dash of cinnamon. 3. Transfer the heated sweet potatoes to a bowl. 4.
