What you need

tsp salt

pinch ground nutmeg

cup zucchini

cup carrot

cup apple

tsp cinnamon

tbsp maple syrup

tsp chia seed

pinch cardamom

cup oats

Instructions
In a large container with a lid (like a mason jar!), add 1 1/2 cups GF Oats, 2 tsp Chia Seeds, 1 tsp Cinnamon, a Pinch of Cardamom, a Pinch of Nutmeg, 1/4 tsp of Salt, 1/3 cup each of shredded Carrot, Apple, and Zucchini. (If you like your oats on the sweeter side, add 1 tbsp of Maple Syrup too!). Add 1 serving of Nuzest Just Natural protein and 1 1/2 - 2 cups Dairy-Free Milk (depending on how liquidy you'd like yours). Pop the lid on and shake it well.
