What you need

cup dairy-free chocolate chips

tbsp maple syrup

tsp coconut oil
Instructions
Line a plate/baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside. In your food processor, pulse together the almond butter and maple syrup. Once combined, scoop out a tsp worth and roll it in your hands to made a ball. Place it on your parchment line sheet and make the rest. Mine made 18. If you have toothpicks, stick each ball with a toothpick before freezing them for 30 minutes or until completely solid. After the 30 minutes, heat the chocolate (and coconut oil, if using) in the microwave in 20 second increments until melted. Mine took about a minute. Make sure you are stirring the chocolate before placing it back in the microwave to heat again. Dip each ball in the chocolate and place it back on the parchment paper. Once all the balls are dipped, remove the toothpicks and pop back in the freezer for a few minutes before enjoying. These are best kept in the fridge!View original recipe
