We’re all in agreement that 2020 was the year for banana bread but can we all agree that 2021 can be for banana bread oats?? 🤩 Tbh I don’t care what you say. It’s happening 👏🏻 especially since I have 9 bananas that decided to ripen all at the exact same time. If you need me I’ll be eating these oats for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Just not dessert because that’s reserved for pretzels 🥨 (the addiction is real okay, don’t judge 😆)

Instructions

Whisk all the ingredients together except for the banana coins. Fold in the banana before pouring the mixture into a greased ramekin. Bake at 375 for 25ish minutes or until a toothpick can be inserted and come out clean. I topped mine with some @georgiagrinders cashew butter + a little maple syrup and served with a strong coffee ☕️ 👏🏻
