Monday’s are better with cookies. It’s a law or something 🍪💯 throwing it back to this Giant Chocolate Chip Cookie because I surprisingly did no baking this weekend. I was too busy pretending Opal isn’t turning one tomorrow 😭 while also soaking up all the sun with my fam! ☀️😊️ it’s suppose to be in the 90’s today which i know some people are used to but WA peeps are NOT 😅 I have a feeling we’ll be spending the morning outside and then seek refuge inside with the a/c by noon 😆 what are you all up to today? I mean, other than making cookies 😋

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Mix everything in a large bowl and form one big cookie. Top with sea salt and more chocolate chips- if you wanna!
