Ice Cream Cookie Dough Bites

Press your cookie dough into your mold and place the mold into your freezer for about 15-20 minutes to set. While that’s happening, leave your ice cream out on the counter to soften. Once the ice cream has softened, spread it evenly over your cookie dough and place the mold back in the freezer to set completely - at least an hour if not overnight. Once done, push the bites out of the mold or definitely on what dish you use, you might need to run the bottom of the dish under warm water until you can wiggle it out. Drizzle or dunk in some melted chocolate and enjoy!
