It’s our I can’t wait to do ordinary with you and have it mean everything cake. Legitimately the cake that says everything with no words necessary. Whenever I make the sheet pan version, we pound it within hours because self control is overrated 🤷🏼‍♀️ buuuut sometimes single serve is nice too though, ya know?? 🙏🏻😆 you can bet I’ll be making this today for Father’s Day, it’s only fitting!

Microwave on 70% heat for 1.5 to 2 minutes. For the peanut butter frosting: Combine 1 tbsp peanut butter, 1 tbsp vegan butter, and 2 tbsp powdered sugar. Heat the frosting ingredients in the microwave until melted, then mix well. Pour the frosting over the cake and devour.
