Vegan Pecan (Pie) Cinnamon Rolls

Place all the dough ingredients (yeast, all purpose flour, maple syrup, salt, warm water) into your bread machine in the order listed. Select the dough setting and let it run. Once the dough is ready, flour your working surface liberally. Knead the dough a few times in the flour before rolling it out into a rectangle about 8 x 4 to 5 inches. Spread the vegan butter out then top with the pecans, cinnamon and brown sugar. Roll the dough up and cut into 6-8 rolls. Place the rolls in a well greased loaf pan and cover with a towel for 30 minutes. Once the rolls have doubled in size, remove the towel and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25 minutes. Top with optional glaze if you please. For the glaze, combine cashew butter, plant-based milk, vanilla extract, and powdered sugar.
