Evlin and I were in the baking mood (but when aren’t we tho 🙆🏼♀️) so we decided to have a girl date and make this White Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Bread 🙌🏻🙏🏻 Evlin’s remarks on the recipe: “so GEWD... Needs peanut butter.” So there you have it folks. 🤣 but seriously... 1) she’s for SURE my kid 2) this bread IS GEWD! I snagged a tiny bite because dairy and I don’t hang (😫) but I wanted to make sure it was good enough to post. That would be a solid YES 🤤 the combination of high quality like @bobsredmill GF oats and organic whole wheat flour make this the perfect textured bread. Essentially it’s a basic fluffy heaven. (PSLease 🎃) I will FOR AURE being making this bread again sans dairy so that I can get my basic on too 💯
